CAS 147: Wedding

I decided to take part in the weeks CASology challenge. The theme was wedding. It was actually my first wedding card I have ever made and it was not as easy as I thought it would be. At first I embossed the little heart stamp, but I was not happy with the outcome. So I stamped the little heart stamp in Delicata Gold Ink and then fussy cut them out. I added a little foam dot sticker to the back and I love the way it came out. The "failed" embossing even leaves a little 3D effect.

  1. Congrats on making your first wedding card. It is lovely. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.

  2. Well, you sure make it look easy! I love this simple but really effective design! It says 'love, love, love' and that makes it perfect for a wedding! So glad you joined us at CASology this week!

  3. Very nicely done- loving the CAS design too. Lovely Wedding card!

  4. Deb, all that effort payed off because your card stood out to me in the gallery this week! ;) I love this too! That trio of little hearts is perfect on this wonderful CAS design!
Thanks so much for joining us over at CASology this week! :)

  5. This is great! Love the super clean design, and there is no doubt about it being a wedding card! Thrilled to have you play along at CASology this week!

  6. Perfect! I struggle with wedding cards either they are too feminine or just blah, but you nailed it on this one!
